Verified Assignment Required for Occupancy (All Residences)

All residences offered by the Company—whether listed publicly on the website or placed through direct, off-market, or referral channels—are available exclusively for assignment-based, non-transient professional use. Residences are not offered for casual, self-directed, speculative, or transitional housing.

Eligibility Criteria

Occupancy is limited to individuals who meet at least one of the following conditions:

  • Active-duty military personnel with official PCS orders

  • Individuals placed on a verified, documented work assignment through an employer, insurer, government agency, court, healthcare system, or comparable institution

All assignments must be official, current, and independently verifiable.

Ineligible Uses

The following uses are not accepted under any circumstances:

  • Independent or self-directed stays

  • Remote workers without formal assignment documentation

  • Individuals between jobs or relocating speculatively

  • Personal travel, family visits, or convenience-based housing

  • Informal arrangements lacking employer, agency, or institutional verification

Verification Requirements

Prior to approval, all occupants must provide:

  • Written PCS orders or official assignment documentation

  • Verification of the sponsoring employer, agency, or institution

  • Background and credit screening conducted through a third-party screening provider

  • Proof of renter’s insurance covering the full duration of occupancy

Purpose and Uniform Application

This standard exists to preserve use classification, regulatory compliance, and neighborhood stability across all properties. Eligibility requirements are applied uniformly to every residence, regardless of marketing channel, referral source, or listing status, and are based on use classification rather than individual discretion.

If a verified assignment cannot be provided, the residence is not an appropriate fit.
