Furnished Property Intake (Assignment-Based Placement)
Owner-side intake for standards screening and placement review. Submission does not guarantee placement.
What this intake is used for
- Confirm basic property fit for non-transient, assignment-based residential use (not short-term activity).
- Identify HOA/registration constraints early to reduce regulatory exposure and prevent surprises.
- Collect enough information to issue a clear “next step” (documentation review, readiness review, or decline).
Do not include door codes, alarm details, or sensitive security information in this form.
Initial screen not complete
Complete required fields and required acknowledgments to proceed.
Used to confirm readiness timing (cleaning, repairs, onboarding).
If “Yes,” property is reviewed against written HOA rules before placement.
If you cannot acknowledge these standards, the property will not be approved for this model.
Optional; used to align expectations before review.
Estate / Trust certification appears when “Estate-held (probate)” or “Trust-owned” is selected.
This avoids avoidable disputes and accelerates review.
Privacy and discretion are exercised in both data handling and placement decisions. Information is collected only as necessary to evaluate and administer a placement, and is not sold or repurposed for marketing.
